"I have found none of the previous reviews to be the case for me! I have an 0800 appointment on Saturday morning 10/7/23 ! I arrived at the gaurd house around 0715 was sent to the receiving office to find a very nice professional young woman there! She immediately sent me to dock door where it taken only about 10 minutes for the forklift driver to lock the dock lock and immediately started to unload my truck and it’s now 0807 and I have a green light ! I’m now leaving the parking lot at 0815"
"When you come in, make a left. Strict appointment times. They allow you to stage early but Only allowed to check in 5 mins before appt which really sucks. Docks are completely empty and yet they still take their sweet time to load. Plus no overnight parking. People working here have No people skills at all"
