"I don’t even feel as though they deserve this one star. I was supposed to receive my mattress yesterday. The movers arrived yesterday and said they’d be right back with my mattress and then left without coming back inside. They called me to say that it wouldn’t fit and that they had already gone on to a new town. When I called the company to resolve this problem on the phone the woman I spoke to was rude and told me I still wouldn’t be getting my mattress until tomorrow. Extremely frustrating."

"After reading some of the reviews... I was REALLY worried about getting my delivery. I purchased a mattress set from Sam's Club and this company was the one they contracted with to deliver. Based on the reviews, I would have never chosen Star Moving. The service I got is worthy of the five stars. There were two delivery men who were in and out of my house in less than ten minutes. They removed the old mattress set and all the packaging materials for the new mattress set. Very impressed with their professionalism and speed."

"I have had good and bad experiences with this company. I waited for a delivery last night that was supposed to come between 4-6 and they just never showed up. There is one gentleman in the office who should never talk to customers because he is so rude and they have damaged some of my furniture. I have at times had everything go very smoothly and been pleased. I think they just have a few bad employees."

"One star is being generous! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been waiting for this order for a month. They only deliver to this area at certain times. The driver called at 9:54 and said he would be to my house in 45 minutes, I said I would meet him there. I pulled in at 10:29 as they were pulling away. I immediately try to call him and he wouldn't answer. I tried twice, no answer. I then called the number on my order. She said the driver was already 20 minutes away. I know he wasn't because I just watched him pull away. She said he could not come back. I asked to speak to a manager who was absolutely the rudest person I've ever talked to, blamed this on me. Insinuated I was the one lying and said they would not come back today! Terrible customer service!"
