"We can never get packages delivered to our house. It’s always the same excuse, animal interference, even when we leave the dogs in the house I just went and upgraded our mailbox and spent almost $300 on an extra large mailbox that accepts packages and the mail carrier will still not deliver the package. But little does she know that I have installed new security cameras. And I will be watching the video at the time that she supposedly tried to deliver the package at the house. Oh, and apparently now your office has blocked mine and my wife’s phone number from the numerous calls that we’ve made complaining about this because now when I called down there, it goes straight to computer and nobody will ever answer the phone, no matter what time of day it is?"

"Had a package be claimed it was delivered when it never came. Said it was delivered at 9pm. Our mailman comes between 10am and 12pm. I have camera outside my front door and nobody ever showed up. I tried calling and couldn't get in touch with an actual person."

"I paid to have a key in my mailbox a month ago still have not received a key have to drive across town to pick up my mail every couple days or every day depending on when I even get a notification We’ve been in line for 30 minutes waiting. This is ridiculous. They need to hire more people or less than the load over here. Sorry excuse it makes you wanna go to UPS or FedEx"

"Horrible. My mother doesn’t speak very well English and wanted to ship four boxes of goods to family that lived in another state. I wrote the addresses on the boxes very clearly for the workers to see and to make it easy for my mom. Only 3 boxes were shipped correctly and one of the boxes were accidentally shipped to our own house instead. My mother then went back to the post office to get it fixed and shipped to the correct address. They ended up shipping it to some completely random address in California. (Keep in mind I literally had the addresses written on the box very clearly) I was confused as to how this happened so I went back and compared the random address my mother’s package was shipped to, to the address it was intended to be shipped to and it didn’t even have the same street name, numbers or similarities in the slightest. What a joke"

"I had mixed feelings about this experience going in. Renewing passports have different directions online than the person taking our stuff and handing over official one-time only documents was a little unsettling when the State Department website says otherwise. Kara was very friendly, but I was confused by the different information than posted online. I appreciated the speedy work and that Kara was doing her job. She was very friendly. It concerned me that the information was different than the government. Maybe I should be rating the government. If I get my documents back with no issues, I will certainly be giving more stars on the Post Office and be worried about the state.gov site. Only time will tell. The location does have cards, calendars, books, stamps and quick, friendly service. I understand doing as trained. I just wish it was more comforting."
