Cooper Community Branch Library

Welcome to the Cooper Community Branch Library, a cherished part of the Paulding County Carnegie Library system. Conveniently located at 206 North 1st Street, Oakwood, Ohio 45873, our library has been serving the community with pride since 2000. In 2007, thanks to the generous donation of a building by the Cooper Family, we moved to our current location and adopted the name Cooper Community Library.
