Nestled inside Higher Gravity at Summit Park, our cafe offers a unique blend of a full-service coffee shop and a relaxed third space, perfect for both work and leisure. Located at 10241 Summit Parkway, HG Coffee Co is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring outlets at every seat and a laid-back ambiance.
Our passion for coffee was ignited by our founders, Jason and Nick, during their travels abroad. Inspired by the rich coffee cultures of Costa Rica and Colombia, they envisioned a space that marries the worlds of coffee and craft beer. This vision became a reality in early 2024, when HG Coffee Co opened its doors as part of a hybrid bar, bottle shop, and cafe experience.
Join us for a delightful coffee experience, but please note that our full-service coffee offerings conclude at 3:00 PM daily. However, you can still enjoy our espressos and Americanos until the bar closes. "I’ve been a big fan of Higher Gravity for a long time and now that they have coffee, it’s even more of a reason to spend time there. They just opened for coffee a few days ago. I got a drip coffee and then a dirty chai latte. Both were great. The baristas are friendly and passionate about coffee. There are comfy couches and chairs where you can sit and work with plenty of outlets to plug it. Can’t wait to take my WFH to HG."
