"Parts clerk is a tool. I asked him to check if he has a certain part number in stock and he asked if I was sure that was the part that I needed exactly and I said probably but not 100% sure. He proceeds to tell me that he won’t sell me the part if I’m not positive. Also they can’t themselves lookup by vin number to see if it fits. All while talking to me like I’m the stupid one."

"Took my Stepvan there for a regular oxygen sensor. 7 months later I still do not have my truck back. No one answers calls or responds. And they charged me close to $6,000 and nothing has been fixed."
