"This is more a rant about this business not being with the times more than the facility itself (which is very nice). Car Wash Inn needs to update the wash bay terminals to accept cards/have an app that does. Now that it's over $3 a wash it's priced over most card processors minimum. I would use this place all the time (and I bet others would spend more time on washes) if I didn't have to worry about carrying cash/running out of money. I don't want $20 in quarters incase it doesn't take that long, but I will pay for multiple wash cycles if it's on my card. At the very least get an ATM on premises - I'm not going to Maddie Bowl to get cash to come back to wash my car. I realize this gripe is totally down to my lack of planning. I accept that. But this is a message for the business owners - why give customers an excuse not to spend money simply by being inconvenient? How many other people forget they spent their last few bucks at the store and ultimately leave frustrated with an unwashed car (and you without money)? There are many vendors that offer this service and will be happy to install said payment terminals for a reasonable fee. I think it would be worth it for your business and would really help out your absent-minded customers, such as myself. Side note: if the $1.50 wash machines in my apartment have an app that accepts cards, so can you. The company is called PayRange btw and they do offer car wash services - I'm sure there's many others."
