"I absolutely loved working at Pine Grove! If it wasn't for the fact that I moved out of state I would never have quit! Your co-workers are the best and the residents keep things interesting. Families of the residents are very nice and some kept you laughing. The HR person was always very nice and helpful. . If I ever had any concerns or issues she would help me figure it out. Everyone in the administration are very nice. The one main reason this company would let you go is if you were a no call/ no show. A good worker would never leave their coworkers screwed/short handed. That goes for any company. I would definitely work there again. I miss my Pine Grove family everyday!!!!!"

"If you wanna work for a company that completely ignore any questions or concerns after employment pine Grove is that place. I had to stop employment there due to some personal issues. I tried reaching out to hr/payroll about returning equipment and my last paycheck and was completely ignored. Tried calling the facility kept being told she was unavailable tried her personal cell phone nothing. Sent several text messages no response. I eventually had to call corporate who was able to assist me. If you don't wanna deal with payroll questions from previous or current employees maybe you shouldn't be in HR. Thanks to her completely ignoring me my check was mailed to an address I'm no longer at corporate was able to tell me when it was mailed and when it will possibly arrive so I can be there to get it all could have been avoided had the company simply respond to a message or picked up the phone. Received 2 checks from this company 5/24 and 6/7 they were both paper checks sent through the mail it's 2024 what company is still mailing checks even though i provided direct deposit info the day of orientation. Was never put into the time clock my daily pay account was never created nothing that should have been handled was handled."
