"If I could give a 0 I would. First they put my wife in the hallway due to not having rooms and I had to sit in the waiting room. I understood that. However..... NO UPDATES FOR 7 HOURS AND NO WORD ON IF MY WIFE WAS FINE, OR WHATEVER! Then when they were discharging her the nurse handed her papers and walked away not having talked about discharge or what to do next. When I found out I was livid. I began to raise my voice a bit and decided it was best to just go get the car. My wife told me someone called security. SO YOU CAN TREAT MY WIFE LIKE CRAP AND NOT HAVE TO HEAR ABOUT IT!?!?!?!, Also, rooms became available but rather than move her into one THEY PUT SOMEONE ELSE IN THEM. What the issue boiled down to is my wife is black. Steer well clear of this ER."

"I am a 5 time heart attack survivor and every year I have to get my labs done for cardiology. I usually like to go early in the morning and have done it that way for years leading up to covid. I went in and had no idea that they changed their hours to 8 a.m.. So I went home and waited until that time. I went back up there and they lady in the e.r. was really nasty and asked me for my information and I did as per usual and when she asked for my social security number I asked why. Instead of explaining to me their new policies she called the security/police and they approached me and make a long story short, they physically threw me out of the emergency room and threw my cellphone at me. The people that work up there have gotten lazy and very rude and disrespectful. All I can tell you is go at your own risk......"

"Recently brought my Grandmother in for some tests. Everything went smooth and was done quickly. It was a great change of place from the office in Ravenna and we are considering driving twice the distance to only come here instead of going to their other facilities."

"Friendly staff. Short wait. Went there with a stomach bug and 103 temperature and by the time I left I felt much better. Some nausea medication and some fluids for my dehydration big Improvement."

"I went here for a prenatal check up. The doctors and staff were all very nice. I was seen by Dr Ward who was very thorough, she took her time, and she made us feel as if our experience was unique and special rather that just another couple popping out a kid. When I went to the lab for a blood drawl I had a few ahead of me but it was my turn in no time. The tech was able to quickly take the blood with minimal bruising. She was also very very sweet. I would recommend this medical team to all my loved ones hands down."
