Greyhound: Bus Station

"The trailer was cramped with people trying to get out of the heat. Water is available if you have something to put it in, buy a bottle is $2.50 cash. After the 3.5 hour wait turned into a 4.5 hour wait. Not a single employee was any help. A simple yes no would be helpful. Not being told go away... I bought a ticket, I paid your paycheck, you should want to help people. Very sad this company has fallen so far."

"What was supposed to be a 11 hour ride turned into a 15 hour ride, Discussing, horrible, had layover 3 times for 4hrs NEVER AGAIN will I give them my hard earned money..... I love the Chinese bus, and I had no problems with them, I have been taking the Chinese bus for years and decided to see what the greyhound was all about and man I tell you the worst experience & mistake ever, I WOULD NEVER TAKE IT AGAIN I wouldn't recommend grey hound to a dog."

"was only dropping another person off at this location. from what I could tell, there is no where to really sit inside that I could tell from.not a lot of parking, so I'd recommend to have someone drop you off. it does seem safer than when it was located in downtown Cincinnati. there are also not a lot of amenities nearby this location, so keep that in mind also."

"I used Greyhound located at 398 E Galbraith Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45237 Our bus was scheduled for 455 pm departure, which was an hour ago, and we are told it's late and will be here in an hour and 20 minutes. That means we will depart 2 and a half hours late...if it arrives. Greyhound did not offer a veterans discount. The images attached show a box trailer as the station. Greyhound is in decline they used to have a nice terminal with vendors. Drinks are $2.50, and snacks are $1.50. There are buses here that have broken down. There are a couple of seats outside in the sun/rain/heat... inside, there are 32 seats. Greyhound must be close to bankruptcy as far as one can tell. As a Google reviewer and a veteran, I do not recommend Greyhound."

"Buy your bus ticket online and don't use the Flex machine because I bought a ticket and had to buy another one because when it was time to get on the bus the information was wrong and nothing that staff could do for me. I came in the summer and it was hot outside and I slept outside because it was to early to go to the motel. Luckily when I left in the winter it was full in the business trailer and there were extra seats. If no seats I would have froze waiting outside. This location does not have a classic Greyhound bus station but a work trailer converted into a mini bus station."
