"checked in approx 2hrs before my 2300 appt. Got a call for a dock at 2230. Black dude at the guard shack look and sound like he hate his job, but didn't bother me. Dropped trailer in dock after checking with receiving on northside of property. Backing is tight but not as difficult as other drivers made it seem. Parked in bobtail area on southside of property. Got a call around 0045 to pick up trailer. Parking outside in staging area again afterwards, for a few hours to reset my clock."
"Had an appointment 23:00.Came 2 hrs earlier.Checked in at guard shack and they told me receiving is not here yet.They called me with dock assignment at 22:00.I dropped the trailer at 22.15 and I got called again at 23:00 that my trailer is ready.I was fully loaded 43k,so I had great experience with them. P.S. They called like 10 of us at the exact same time,so I quess receiving is coming around 22:00."
"I want to say that this is a very bad company, if you can avoid it, never come here. I had an appointment at 11pm but I arrived an hour late because the Pickup took a while to load me. I spent the whole night going to the guardshack and they told me to wait for the They never called me and at 8 in the morning they gave me the papers and told me that they couldn't unload me because I had arrived late and my Broker had to make another appointment. I was lost all night and all day. Avoid this place if you can."
"Yes, there's a bit of walking, yes the docks are close, but not impossible, and no they don't really have parking,(why would you expect that anyway, most places don't, smh). Overall, not the worst place I've been. Started unloading me before I had even dropped the trailer! All workers I had contact with were polite and amiable."
