"Had a similar experience where I was a 25 minutes late to come back and received a $80+ ticket weeks later. They did not accept a later payment saying, I had to prepay so paying after I came back late was not acceptable either. Wonder if there is a way to complain to the city about this scam parking business as they seem to do the same thing everywhere."
"Park at the banks & walk over a block to avoid dealing with this lot. I use this lot often & pay the daily rate thru the app. Had a meeting run late & went over my full day time by 17 mins & received $80 ticket from the company who run the garage. They attempted to settle for $60; short sighted business. They’ve now Lost $40/week for the foreseeable future & will share this experience with my coworkers."

"Like many others have said in their reviews, absolutely do NOT park here. We payed for the parking, got a RECEIPT confirming payment, and STILL got an $80 fine in the mail for illegally parking on private property without payment. Absolutely ridiculous. This garage needs to be shut down as it is a complete scam. Do not park here."
"Same Complaint as everyone else! I received a $80 parking fine in the mail today. Paid to park to attend the Reds game. Not sure how a fine can be charged when I paid to park and was only in the garage for 3 hours. The workers had the keys stored in the office key locker so it looks legit. I will be filling a report with the BBB and with the District Attorney."
