Welcome to Pilar, Cincinnati's premier destination for a unique cocktail experience! Nestled in the heart of downtown at 56 East Court Street, Pilar offers a refreshing escape with its chill, tropical, and refined tiki atmosphere that makes you feel like you're on vacation. Our skilled bartender, Chris, crafts incredible drinks that have quickly earned us a spot on the list of Cincinnati's best cocktail places.

Whether you're winding down after a long day or kicking off an exciting night out, Pilar is the perfect spot. We're open Monday from 3 PM to 10 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 3 PM to midnight, and we extend our hours on Friday from 3 PM to 2:30 AM. Join us on Saturdays starting at 2 PM, and enjoy our vibrant ambiance until 2:30 AM.

"I enjoyed the atmosphere at Pilar quite a bit. There seems to be a tight knit group of regulars, but it’s a very inviting place. The drinks were delicious, and the space was quite cozy. They seem to be going for something of a Hemingway theme. I’d definitely recommend them for a nice relaxing evening."

"Great bar with a patio and nice open air seating. The atmosphere is friendly and chill. I love the tropical themed decor and cocktails. Fast service, decent prices. They have a large selection of beers and seltzers plus good daily drink specials (their music playlist is solid too). It's in a convenient location at Court St & Walnut St near parking and good restaurants on the same block."
