"I would be weary of parking in this lot. I went to a concert right next to Paycor stadium and was only parked here for a few hours at night. My car and multiple other cars parked here had their cars broken into. During the day might be a different story, but be careful at night."

"This place is biggest joke out there. They know they've been having problems with hustlers out here at this lot paid the "attendant" there gave me my pass then the owner of the lot then gives me 100 dollar "ticket" I will be going to court and contesting this there should be no private lots"

"Beat surface lot in the city. Central to everything and always fair pricing."

"I waited here only for the bus. There is absolutely no shade, nor any place to sit. Beggars haggled me and there was a ripped plastic bag near the stop that stank terribly of urine and feces. I ended up walking up the street to wait in the shade and watch for the bus. The experience wasn't pleasant at all."

"The CPS is overpriced, they keep bumping up charges for empty parking spaces while making them less and less friendly. I really wish Cincinnati would break its lots free of this rapacious conglomerate and return the profits to our city. Right now parking is like playing the lottery, "Is it reds day, does my monthly pass count today because randomly it does not?" They seem to think, Hey, let's charge everyone an extra 10 bucks because they were stuck at work, regardless of what the daily charge is, let's take money for money parking and invalidate it regularly. No excuse for their poor service, lack of contacts and extreme costs. It is cheaper to stay in most extended stay hotels for a week than to park a car in downtown Cincinnati."
