"Excellent valet service by DeAndre and the rest of the valet crew the weekend of 5/24 to 5/26! We stayed at the Hyatt for the Taste of Cincinnati and would definitely stay at the Hyatt again and use valet service. They were professional, kind and prompt and didn't miss a beat! Thank you!"

"Great experience with the valet parking provided by SP+ for the Hyatt Regency in downtown Cincinnati. We were in and out multiple times over the weekend, even once during a huge black-tie event at the hotel. The drivers were friendly and efficient, and my car was safe the whole weekend."

"Went to park in the garage for the AAU volleyball tournament because I knew in the past it was handicap accessible. Paid the $15 to park and the skywalk was closed and no other exit/entrance for wheelchairs/scooters. Had to leave the parking garage after 15 mins and had to park at another parking garage a block away (the lot next to the garage was full)."

"We parked in the garage across from Duke Energy Center when visiting the Cincinnati Home and Garden Show. We specifically parked there because as stated on the sign upon entering the garage and on the parking ticket “skywalk access to Duke Convention Center”. But much to our chagrin, your sign was incorrect as the entrance to the skywalk was closed. Had we known this, we would not have parked there especially after we experienced the sickening conditions of the “Convention Place Mall” and the skywalk leading to the Hyatt which was the only way we could find to get to the street. The strong urine odor was absolutely disgusting as was the dirty condition of the area and also the elevators. This situation is so sad remembering how clean, well-kept and safe the “Convention Place Mall” used to be. It certainly leaves a “black eye” on the City of Cincinnati. And to think we paid $20 when in the next block parking was $7.00. We will never park there again as the one block walk would be worth the monetary savings."

"Never park there again. $20 for an event which I was only at for 1.5 hrs.. Crosswalk closed. Elevators broken. People were carrying wheelchairs and strollers down the stairs. Staff does not give a hoot if there are issues. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else. Walk 1/2 block down the street and park for half the price. Wish I had known this ahead of time."
