"I parked here less than 12 hours and was charged $33 which is the charge for 1.5 days!! The parking attendant was unable to help and gave me a card to contact and ask for a refund, but later I noticed there is no contact info on the card. This is a scam as it doesn't allow on site attendant to correct what seems to be a machine mistake and forces the customer to pay triple the charge to take the car out."

"I love paying $200 a month to stay in a garage that reeks of weed and stale urine /sarcasm. They installed clunky gates to help keep out non-parkers but they just linger behind your car and follow you in. Half the time one or more of the gates don't work. The elevators are dirty, covered in graffiti, and most of the button lights don't work. One of my coworkers even got stuck in the elevator but it is highly unsafe for women to use the stairs at this garage. They need to take notes from the garage at the 84 51 building. Large parking spots, clean elevators, and I have never experienced an issue with functionality."

"First stairwell I tried to use was roped off with caution tape and looked rusted out. So I tried to take the elevator, which was not operational (door wouldn't shut). I then found another stairwell. Interestingly, all the stairwells have signs that state "For your safety do not take stairs, take the elevators." Well, given that the elevator was broken, I decided to take my chances. The stairwell reeked of urine, was full of graffiti and most of the lights were out. If you value your time and safety, park somewhere else."

"Please have maintenance replace or install motion sensor or street light on W 4th Street entrance next to pay kiosk. Now that it’s getting warmer, and we have visitors use the garage often, the drug addicts are continuing to hang out nearby on the sidewalk vent with no light, pulling down their pants, and doing whatever you can imagine until they find their next dose then return. TIA from downtown Cincy resident."

"I left my receipt in the car. I couldn’t get back in the garage. They have a sign to take your tickets with you, but I didn’t know you can’t come back without a receipt. You have to scan to be able to get inside. I talked to customer service. One of them told me to open the door and good luck. I didn’t know where to open the door and it was locked, so I called them again. And one of them has told me I have to pay for a lost ticket which is 42$. That’s ridiculous. I ended up not paying cuz someone just walked out from the door. Thanks to that man! My experience out over all. I would rather park my vehicle outside. If you want to park there make sure you have your ticket with you. Or else you have to pay. It’s such a scam."
