As a member of the Metro/TANK Preferred Customer Club, you can benefit from our Guaranteed Ride Home program. Like a safety net, this program ensures you have a reliable ride home in case of unplanned overtime or family emergencies during your workday. Simply register by purchasing a 30-day pass and complete a registration form available online, at our Madison Pike headquarters, or at the Bus Stop Sales Outlet.

Once registered, you can submit your ride share receipt for up to an 80% reimbursement, with a maximum of $45 per ride and up to $100 annually. Our program covers trips from work to home, hospitals, daycare, schools, or back to a Park & Ride location to retrieve your car.

Additionally, take advantage of our Bike & Ride program. All TANK buses are equipped with bike racks, allowing you to combine bike and bus travel seamlessly. Whether you're looking to stay active or save on gas, our Bike & Ride program provides flexible travel options across Northern Kentucky.
