"My card has been charged over $140 with it not being present! I have no idea how someone’s using it at this location."

"I've been doubled charged multiple times because of a broken machines. I've been ticketed for for accidentally typing the wrong number in the machine(but still paid to park). They never have staff on hand to help customers. I've called to complain with no recourse while at the same time they insinuate that I'm trying to defraud them. Be careful. They're greedy and they will rob you if they can."

"They take cash. I am not familiar with downtown so I can't really compare this parking lot to others."

"Watch out, they will rob you if they can! I parked my car at their $4 lot at 222 W 8th Street. The kiosk processed my card but did not give me a receipt. I left a note on my dash to explain what happened. I got a citation anyway for $68! I got online to appeal, sending screenshots of credit card statement proving I paid (which included the street address of the lot). My appeal was denied but the comment was that I could send the first and last four of my credit card number so I got back online. The site noted that they charge $50 to appeal again! I got into the details of my case and it wouldn't even let me appeal again I wanted to -- it stated that my that I had reached my max appeals. Done. The end. Just pay. Absolute greed!"

"They over flood the parking lot with cars, keeping people from leaving the parking lot. They drive your car without your permission like a damn valet without your knowledge because you have to leave them your keys. Had to wait 15 minutes to get out of the damn lot because a worker decided to park the cars in the lanes between parking spots. Absolutely ridiculous."
