"Worst place to park. Paid $40 to park. We parked over two spots for tailgating. We were there 4 hours and the lot attendant that day said we could do that because there was an event in front of us and no one could park behind us. 20 min after we left, we got a parking fine from the company for $30. Just a scam to get more money. If they wanted us to move, all they had to do was ask. Terrible place."

"When Bengals playoff game on 1/15/2023 was announced I got online and bought parking through the ParkWhiz app in this lot for $9. When I arrived at the lot the attendant refused to honor the online sale and said there was no way I had an online pass for the day saying they were never sold online. Even after showing him my ParkWhiz info and the specific day he refused saying they were never sold online. I had to pay $50 to park. Either change your online prices in a timely manner or honor the price your customer already paid!"
"People who own this lot are money hungry. Charged us $50 extra to put up a tent and chairs in "parking spots" that are technically under construction due to railroad construction work. Argued with us and then didnt charge others for the same space. On top of all that they only have 1 porta-pot while harassing people for money. Take your business elsewhere. I won't be coming back!"
"Worse place to park for Bengals events. Charge you for spots against the railroad tracks. Not to mention a half of a space. Which the railroad easement owns a portion out from the railroad tracks. So they charged us for a full space. Charge some people and not others."
