Conveniently located at 3520 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio, Ludlow Avenue Garage offers reliable parking solutions for visitors, students, and employees of Cincinnati State. Our facility provides a secure and accessible parking experience with a range of options tailored to meet your needs.

Parking Options:

- Daily Parking: Open to visitors and students on a pay-per-use basis for only $5 per day.

- Prox Card Access: Students and employees can enjoy seamless entry with a valid parking card, available for purchase via Self-Service (MyCState > Self-Service > Student Finance > “Student Finance” dropdown).

Parking Lots:

- Lot A: Located off College Drive on the west side of the campus, exclusively for students with a valid parking card.

- Lot C: Adjacent to Ludlow Avenue, accessible to visitors and students on a daily fee basis, and to employees or students with a valid parking card.

- Lot D: Situated around the Main Building, reserved for employees only.

Additional Amenities:

- Handicapped Parking: Clearly marked spaces are available on all levels of both parking garages and surface lots, ensuring accessibility for all our patrons.

- Motorcycle Parking: Designated area at the end of the Main Building, just off the front drive.

- Emergency Assistance: Campus police provide limited automotive assistance for issues like a dead battery or locked-in keys. Emergency phones are located near all parking areas and garages.

Security and Regulations:

- The Public Safety Department actively enforces parking regulations, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Accessible parking is strictly monitored, and violators may face citations or towing.

Alternative Transportation:

- Consider utilizing public transit as an alternative to campus parking. Cincinnati Metro offers students discounted $1 rides, making it a convenient and cost-effective option.
