"I took my car in got it fixed wa reasonably priced. Told me next time I'd have to replace my front rotors and pads which was going to be over $600. Two days later I brought my nieces car in, same price for just the front pads and rotors, we opted not to do it because it was so expensive, but what was completely unprofessional is when they contacted my ex fiance,who is also a customer there to let him know we were there! I got a really nasty text from him! They really don't know the damage they did, because my ex has severe psychological problems so I'll be reaping the reprocussions of that I'm sure more than I already am. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. And OVERPRICED."

"A friend who owns a body shop told me to go here to patch a hole in my gas tank. They told me after I dropped it off the gas tank was completely rusted out and I needed a new one. They told me it was going to be 660$. When I picked my truck back up they had changed the price to 822$. I asked for the old gas tank as I am a scrapper and was going to scrap it. When I got it home and looked at it it was not rusted at all inside just had a small hole. When I went back to confront the shop on why I was overcharged as well as lied to about the tank being rusted. Bob got really rude and defensive. Being very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this shop to ANYONE!!"

"Great, friendly service. Been going here for years. The mechanics really know what they’re doing and the price is very reasonable. The mechanical always meet me in the lobby to talk about what they found with my cars, explain how they fixed it, and tell me to call with any questions. I think this place is the westside’s best car repair place."

"Beware of this shop. I've known Bob for quite a while and he's shady. My transmission went out and he said he could get me a used transmission. His shop installed it and pulling off the lot I noticed a exhaust leak that was not there before. They fixed the exhaust leak but it cost me a day without my car. My motor blew a few months later and when the other mechanic pulled the transmission this is what he discovered. He's been a mechanic for 40+ years and in his opinion it was cracked when it was installed. He was able to use epoxy and to hold it together but none the less Bob's business practices are shady. When I talked to Bob he was dismissive and rude. I try to use places that are local to my community but I will discourage anyone from doing business with Bob."
