"Tom is a nice, honest, down to earth kind of guy! I was in an accident and my drivers door was smashed up along with front fender. It took a little over 3 weeks and when I picked it up they cleaned the inside and washed and waxed it! It feels like Im driving a brand new truck! So very pleased with the work that was done and Tom is a nice guy to talk to and deal with! Straight shooter and great work!! I recommend him for any work and will use him every time I need work done! Thanks Tom!!"

"Clean, roomy with the exception of the pull out. Very narrow. Everything always works and there are lots of bays. It's in a decent location, feels fairly safe and well lit at night. The vacuum is always working and powerful too. The only problem is that people tend to stand around and talk, detail their car and chitty chat while at the vacuum area. That leaves people waiting for a really long time. I've left almost every time bc I don't want to sit there for an hour while folks hang out. The vacuums work well IF you can get to them. Edited, '24: This place started putting such an excessive amount of soap into the brush that there's no way a few bucks can rinse it off. Enormous amount of suds! An unreasonable amount of suds! Therefore, a quick 3 bucks easily turned into over $8.00/10. Had to pull out the CCD just to rinse off AFTER already paying $4.50 up front in change. I hope this is addressed. Or, just create a couple of bays that you tell folks up front that there's excessive suds for those hard jobs. That said, you might be better off going to Mike's. For a few more bucks, they wash it for you and wipe it down. Js.. You will be charged 10 bucks right away on a CCD to start, but it was adjusted the following day to $2.50. So basically, I spent $7 to rinse, use super pink, super sudsy brush and a rinse. ( The post suds rinse took the longest. Could have gotten done under 5 bucks otherwise) Overall, it's clean. Large bays. PLEENNNTY of suds with the brush. Great water pressure. The vacuums are always a mess ( people lagging around, sitting in the space just to detail car when they could move on). Whenever I go there, I need to use the powerful vacs and rarely get to. Bummer."

"Use the car wash out in front of this business all the time. Never had an issue until today. The soap for the brush wasn't wanting to dispense. Wasted almost half of my $5 worth of tokens. Called the number out front, assuming to just leave a message since it's a Sunday. While waiting for the massage to play and leave my own message. I received an incoming call. It was the owner calling me. I let him know about the issue, and he was polite, and offered to make it right for me. The definition of customer service is make your customers happy. And this car wash owner has. I understand mechanical errors happen, things break down. But rather than pass the blame, first thing he did was apologize and offer to make it right. Which is so rare today. Not that it wasn't already, but this is my go to self service car wash. Been driving since 1993 and probably once or twice every month I come in here to wash off my car. And this was the first time I'd ever had an issue. And it was addressed promptly and professionally. A+"
