"The location is convenient. The staff was polite at first, but after only a few weeks they act like they don’t even want you to be there. I am not a fan of having to use the touch screen orders, but I don’t see that changing with every UDF following this poor trend. I had an order of 3 malts, with ice cream, and they finished the order giving me 2 malts that were not even full. I was given the excuse they had just run out of chocolate ice cream, and it seemed like we were supposed to smile and accept less than what we ordered. And in the end, the malt tastes like no more than melted chocolate ice cream. I doubt they put any malt in it at all. Truly disappointing for an old beloved brand."
"Jailen who was making ice cream was very polite and profusely apologized for the wait. He was doing amazing when dozens of people were waiting at a time. Kaitlynn the cashier was very sweet and also apologized for the long wait. Whatever they’re paying these two isn’t enough. I only hope you can hire more staff to support the two of them because they’re both great at their jobs."
"While they might have been understaffed, the workers did an excellent job! The girl working the register had an awesome upbeat attitude. Jailen and Kaitlyn at the ice cream counter did such a great job busting out the ice cream orders, despite the large number of inpatient customers! Give the kids a break! They did the best they could with what they had! I've been saying for years they need to put a gas station at this location and it did not disappoint! Keep up the great work!"
"Very nice location. Has potential to be very nice once they get up and running. What time for ice cream was on the longer side for udf's, but makes sense since it just opened. The guy working the ice cream bar is doing great, keep up the good work!"
"Huge building and lots of parking space. Indoor and outdoor seating areas for food/ice cream. Ice cream wait time was reasonable for staffing, but service was good."
