"As a landlord, I used RG Nieto/CF Capital as my property manager for a 4-plex in Painesville, OH. I would not recommend them to anyone. Throughout the ~1.5 years I worked with them, they were never on time in sending me the property statements and checks. When I did eventually receive the late statements, each and every one of them had errors in it, that required me to double check them every time, and constantly request for them to fix it. They regularly blamed USPS for the delays, even though you can clearly see on the letters that they were never sent on time. They have no landlord portal, which is a very common feature nowadays. My 'account manager' was Ross, and provided sub-par service throughout our engagement. At one point I needed a plumber to fix a leak, and received a quote of $4,500 for it. When I pushed back and asked for another quote, they refused to get me one. Eventually, the tenant fixed this by himself, costing me, you guessed it, $0. I sold the property late 2021, and to this day, despite multiple requests, I did not receive my last two statements and payments. They sometimes go by the name of CF Capital. I would not recommend RG Nieto for any service, be it buying/selling or property management."
