I stood there for 15 minutes and he didn’t get up to help me. I called another Kubota dealer and he said other people complained about the people at the Mentor location."

"Stopped to try to talk to someone about getting a new riding lawnmower. Waited for about 20 mins in the showroom after someone said they would get a salesman. I was completely ignored and I was the only customer in the store. Guess I won't be buying a riding lawnmower here. Terrible customer service... Bummer"
