"Would give this company a 0 if possible.. Customer service is a joke. Don't waste your time calling all you are going to be told by Beth is she doesn't care about your problems.. I could have a drive through worker at McDonald's be more helpful than this customer service group.. I called regarding a backorder (that they never told me about originally) Order was placed on 12/17/21 I called to get them to fix the problem and all I got told is we don't care.. I ask to get this shipped overnight and they tell me Mill-rose isn't paying for it so it will get shipped when it gets shipped.. PATHETIC!"

"The pay is so low with many strict rules, I don't see how this company going to last after the older people who has been here 20+ years retire or long gone. They really need to make some changes here if they want to stay in business or not lose big customers. I'm glad my time here was short, I found a very good paying job and my hair is growing back which tells you something..."

"Absolutely pathetic customer service. Misled us about the lead time for their brushes, and now our customer is left in a difficult situation. Lack of communication, lack of honesty and no integrity, causing our reputation to suffer as a result. We are now forced to start over in our search for a brush solution. So disappointing."

"Worst place to ever work at they don't give benefits. The pay rates are terrible no one can live off that. Machines break down literally every hour every employee has fell asleep or keep going to the bathroom to be on there phones. They play favoritism towards who they fire. The managers aren't very helpful at all they should not be there if they dont know how to fix the machines correctly or know how to talk to people and there personal lives should not be a concern to a staff or another employee especially there sex life or 3yr old kid"

"Absolute worst place I've ever worked. You only get so many hours your aloud to miss and it's all called, "time held against you". All the supervisors play favorites, and depending on their mood, your job might be threatened just by sneezing at the wrong time. Extremely unprofessional code of conduct and you are pretty much treated like slave labor. Not worth the pay.. not worth the strain on the body. Oh and they only want women because supposedly they are more obedient and better for production. Jill in the offices might screw up your "hours held against you" paper work also, and that leaves them with no other choice but to terminate your employment. I personally saw this happen to a fellow employee of over a year. I'd highly recommend you stay away from this slave labor"
