"Trying to reach a person at this store by phone is crazy hard to do. I've called 20 times and keep getting the recording which gives options that I don't want. The sales representatives leave a lot to be desired. I purchased a cell and service only to return it 8 days later. Upon the return day the representative was unkempt and eating. I went to another location and Hayden was great. I finally got what I wanted and was treated great and respectfully. I recommend you stay away from this location. After returning the cell I was billed for service I had thought had been canceled only to find out it had not been canceled. I am trying to get my refund but can't even speak to someone there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE."
