"Never had an issue until recently. My husband went to pick up a script twice this past weekend and they were closed. I looked up the hours and scheduled my clicklist for 2-3p so that the pharmacy would be open so I would do everything in one trip. 2:30p pharmacy drive thru is still closed."

"2nd pharmacy drive thru has been done for a few years why hasn't it been taken care of to help with the overflow of cars,it's ridiculous there's several techs that r very slow and the line goes from 2 cars to about 15 in a matter of minutes. It doesn't matter what time I go there it's slammed. Or I get a text saying medicines are ready I go and they r not or haven't been started or have them on order."

I was concerned about a lapse in insurance and Medicaid wait times, but after a few clicks she responded that the prescription would be free for me!. Thank Krogers, I always appreciate your customer service and your understanding. This location was very helpful, I dont mind that I have to wait a few so they can do this for every customer."
