"First visit, waited almost an hour to see anyone. . Nurse was very caring, patient. Several tests were taken and several different drops were put in my eyes. Dr spent maybe three minutes in the room. When I left no shades/glasses were given to block out the sun. I had a horrible time getting back home and the sun was so bright."

"Beware of additional fees! I took my 89 year old mother in for cataracts and was told twice that they ran it through insurance and she would owe $2500 for both cataracts which she then paid. Now we are getting additional $3000 in bills from the hospital. I have talked to Dr. O’Donnell’s staff and they refuse to honor the fees that we were given. I too would like to resolve this. I have called this number twice but can only leave a message and have yet to receive a call back."
