"Everybody was skillful and kind to me. The only thing I would change is none of the staff introduced themselves to me so I did not no any names or titles. The xray person was very careful getting me back on the cart so as not to cause more pain."

"This is the third time I’ve had to use this Urgent Care. (Mercy was closed.) This was by far the worst visit. The doctor did not feel my lymph nodes (which are swollen and sore). Even though it’s listed in the chart I had a headache in not one but two places the doctor still typed I did not have a headache. Not to mention they looked at my ears and throat and said they looked fine and when questioned said it could change over night and look bad the next day because I was going to get a second opinion. So now I’m paying two bills when I should have only had to pay one. Oh - and the doctor said even if I was sick with something Strep, Flu, Infection, etc. he wouldn’t be able to do anything because I’m pregnant."

"I was there for 3 hours, from the time I signed in and was finally seen by a nurse practitioner. I was told my burn looked good, she took a culture, prescribed cream for the burn and suggested that I use different pads to cover the worst area. I still haven't heard anything about the culture, I keep checking for a message from My Chart. I know they were busy, but I felt it shouldn't have taken so long."

"When you go to urgent care around 130-2pm for ear ache and it takes them till 320 to check your ear out just to tell you that it's nothing and to get medicine over the counter. Urgent care shouldn't take 1 hour and half for ear ache"

"Express care was great. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I tried Promedica on Demand and waited 25 minutes and never had anyone pick up so decided to go to Express care. That was by far the better option."
