"Worked her a month and a half job was advertised 15$. A hour he gave me 13$ I am a college graduate promised 15 in a month. I worked 7 days a week and Johnathan and Ashley refused to pay my legal overtime. I worked there a month and was owed money three times. It’s a scam those package is trash and their “cleaners”are watered down windex. I see cars break all the time but he can’t “emotionally handle that” trash buisness trash people. There’s a reason it’s cheap"

"Just lost a crossbar off the roof from the drying roller. As it spun it off, it scratched the roof in multiple places. I didn't have my roof rack on. Will update on what the manager calls and tells me tomorrow. Filled out the damage claim form, 6 months later, You guessed it! No response from the company. Guess they didn't really want to "love to help" 2000+ people have seen these pictures so far"

"I perused several reviews before deciding to try this car wash on a chilly 9° day here in Monroe, OH.. I was a bit apprehensive, but decided to give it a go.. I was passing through from central Oklahoma, and my hope was to free the layers of winter-weather related salt and grime that encrusted the car.. I asked the attendant to spray the back end of the car off before letting the automated wash process pull me through the tunnel, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the car turned out!! The manager was very helpful, as I asked a few questions prior to opting for their Premium Wash.. This would have been a 5 out of 5 had the dryer system at the end of the wash dried the car a little better.. Otherwise, a very dirty, salt and road grime covered car was made as close to sparkling clean as I could have hoped.. My experience was a win overall!! I wish I had taken a "before" picture to do this review justice.."

"Never had a problem with springboro location. Never had a problem with springboro location. Purchased a membership for the ceramic wash and came to the new Monroe location. Midway through I hear a “clank” and something grinding on the passenger side of my car. I started to put the window down, but quickly put it up because I was in the middle of a car wash afterwards I noticed that there were multiple scratches down the passenger side of my vehicle I reported these issues and the tend. It was very friendly, took my information and made a report, I scan the barcode to use the vacuum. The vacuum wouldn’t work. You only get to use the vacuum once a day I reported this pretend it called a vendor company to reset the vacuum and turned on the wrong vacuum. I moved my vehicle to the vacuum next to me that was running back in the driver side and while vacuuming the rear driver side, vacuum, shut off. Not to mention that the suction on the vacuum was extremely weak. It hardly even looks like the driver side has been vacuum. In total from arrival to car wash talking to the tenant speaking to the manager and only allotted enough time to vacuum a third of a square carpet feet 45 minutes later and 87° weather I’m leaving four seasons very disappointed the other topper was that there were no rags glass cleaner, upholstery cleaner, or engine cleaner like that of the location of springboro, if Springboro wasn’t such a great location, I would’ve never purchased this membership account but I have already requested a refund of after only having it for 45 minutes not worth the headache. Within five business days I should receive a call regarding the case created of the scratches down the passenger side of my vehicle."
