"Not someone you want at your house. Shouldn't be taking jobs you can't handle. Josh left my car misfiring, when I contacted him he pretended he had no idea what was wrong. Still trying to argue instead of resolving it. Dealership fixed all the wiring that was plugged in wrong."
"I at first had a great experience with Josh and Brandy but it seems like they are losing their touch with clients, or at least in my experience. Amsoil is a great product but Josh and Brandy are slacking with their customer service. I bought a breathing kit from them in hopes of having Josh install the kit but it took 6 months and several cancelations on their end to end up not having services done. I spent 2900 on the products and will recoup about half of my investment with them. I am disappointed since they were great right off the bat. Something has changed with them, and maybe they are pivoting to only working from their local shop but I hope they are more transparent with folks in the future before agreeing to take on projects."

"Josh with 1320 synthetics is an awesome dude, every order I have placed has been at my door step in a matter of days. Always able to answer questions and offer to help install. Had him order a 5g pail of AIO diesel fuel additives and he took his time to figure out a way for me to refill my 8oz bottles. I was adding a trans thermostat to my truck and spilled a bit in the process he told me to drop by and he gave me a quart to tide me over till my shipment came in! This guy has awesome customer service and loyalty!"
