"I had a $21,000 check to deposit and she said I could do it on the app (but it might take a day, because it was over $20,000). I asked if I should put it in my business or personal - she said it didn't matter. After I signed it - it wouldn't accept it! I called again and she said the ATM would accept it and be available the next day! I went directly to the ATM - instead of driving 2 hours there. Now i have a 10 day hold on it! Worst bank and advice ever!! Stay away from this bank!!!"
"They are down to 1 teller so do not expect good or fast service right now. I sat in the drive up for 35 minutes. I was advised to use the ATM for deposits and cash withdraw."
"This branch has terrible customer service. My relative has tried since September to refinance and is still getting the run around. There is no branch manager at this time at this location and the manager from Bryan is trying to manage both locations however the lack of follow up is unbelievable all you receive is excuses. He is done with this bank and pulling his accounts from Huntington and moving to a bank where he will be a customer not an inconvenience"
"This branch does a pretty good job resolving my issues but they aren’t open very late during the week which can be inconvenient. Barb and Mike are wonderful to work with. Lance is very knowledgeable. Overall very good."

They have even go out of thier way several times to help me with issues ive done in my banking. They are highly recommend. Thank you all for such courteous customer service."
