"Rented 3 rooms... been going for a couple years.. in one room the bathroom was flooded when we checked in. Matnences came to the room put a bucket under the sink and said it should catch the water. Woke up in the morning with it flooded and ally belongings be soaked. Had to drive home in pj's. NEVER WAS OFFERED A DIFFERENT ROOM OR EVEN A APOLOGIE. WHEN I CHECKED OUT TOLD THE FRONT DESK AND THE GENTLEMAN SAID THERES NOTHING I CAN DO.. VERRY DISAPPOINTED WE GO FOR OUR SCHOOLS REVERSE DRAWING"
"The room was gross, there was a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the only nice staff was the receptionist. The coffee was terrible!! They unexpectedly just put up a sign saying they weren’t having breakfast!! They didn’t even put out muffins or cereal, absolutely nothing! The staff were incredibly rude! The room was minimally cleaned at best. The pool closed at 10pm for everyone and didn’t open until 9am. No signs were posted about this."
"I stayed 2 nights the only thing is between room 149-188 there is grand pianos not one it's two pianos and gustes are playing the pianos day and night none of them don't know how to play even when they pass they touch the pianos and they're very loud other than that everything is good"
"We reserve the rooms online a week in advanced. We get here and was told that people that have events have first serve at the rooms after we already reserved ours. The pool was cold kids could not swim and enjoy themselves. The fire alarm went off, made my kids cry. A fight broke out. The cops were called. The lady at the front desk around 130 was not very friendly after we told her we reserved two rooms online a week in advanced. The older guy around 3-3:30 was very nice. Went to the Winn restaurant got the prime rib was Dry and tough and over cooked and burned after asking for medium rare."
"Definitely ask if there is a wedding reception before you book. I didn't ask and it is super loud in the room until late. The rooms surround the reception venue. If you are wanting an early night forget it."
