"So far been lucky with drop and hook only. In and out is nice. Reason for a 3 star is the straping of my loads. I don't care which facility I go to for my load, it's all the same. WE AS DRIVERS have to strap our load. My issue is: YOU DO NOT LEAVE ENOUGH ROOM ON SIDE FOR ME TO SQUEEZE MY BUTT BETWEEN THE PALLETS TO GET MY STRAPS HOOKED SO FAR BACK!!! You want use to protect your loads?, then GIVE US ROOM TO HOOK STRAPS, OR HAVE YOUR LOADERS DO IT THEMSELVES! Very frustrating and I'm sweating so bad to even get it tied. Again, this is ALL Coors locations I have been to."

"I would like to address a concern regarding the appointment system at your facility. It is unclear why appointments are scheduled when the loading process follows a first-come, first-served policy. If appointments do not affect the loading order, it would be more efficient to allow drivers to manage their schedules as needed. Requiring drivers to arrive at a specific time only to face long wait times of 6-8 hours for loading is inefficient and frustrating. This system appears to cause unnecessary delays and impacts the drivers' ability to manage their time effectively. I hope this feedback helps improve the scheduling and loading process at your facility."

"If I could give them negative a million stars I would! STOP TREATING TRUCK DRIVERS LIKE ANIMALS. It’s 100 degrees outside and they only have PORTABLE POTTIES. I would love for the owner of these facilities to go use one of those potties and see how they like the rotting smell of poo in there noses! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!! Thank you"

"Got here at 4pm. Loaded at 5:53. It’s hot outside but I have ac. Only issue would be you have to wait behind 20 freaking trucks used to leave and get paperwork"

"OMG I like it here respectful people I don’t know how’s during the day time But overnight I got loaded and slept well . They don’t bother you and not pushing from dock when you loaded. I came 1:00 am my app 9:00 am Checked me without problem Woke me up 5am and I don’t know but I believe they loaded fast and left me sleep. Quiet place just don’t see bathroom Reset done ✅ loaded slept and going happy forward."
