I appreciated the understanding and good customer service the team offered me. When I got to this location, Kyle was excellent, and made the sale of my car *QUICK*! "I was involved in an automobile accident the car flipped over and landed on the driver side, the road was wet and curvy road I lost control of the car and over corrected they terminated me because of it. My manager did come and see me in the hospital and I asked if anyone else has ever had a car wreck on the job and he said yes you’re not the only one."

"Carvana is a scam. They have been banned from doing business in multiple states. They tell you they will fix the issues with the car then Silver rock will say Carvana declined the repairs and there is nobody in charge to talk to. There really needs to be a class action lawsuit. The online advertisement did not show dents, paint/ clear coat damage, cigarette burns in the seats filled with a hot glue gun, dry rotted tires that were expired per DOT date with gouges in the side walls..... All considered "acceptable" by Carvana. I can't wait until these tires cause me to have a serious accident so I can sue them."

"The manager of this place, Kenneth decided it was okay to wait until 45 minutes before my scheduled delivery to call and let me know that somehow they don't have anyone available to delivery my vehicle...even though Carvana themselves scheduled the delivery. He also failed to provide an acceptable solution for this issue. At this point it will be beyond a miracle if I ever receive the vehicle. 0/5, do not recommend any Carvana purchases within the vicinity of this location or else you would be at risk of Kenneth's management."
