"This store hasn’t even been open a year…I’m not sure even 6 months, but it really is a mess just like the other reviews have said. Not like it’s dirty but just stuff thrown everywhere on the floor and on the shelves, especially in the back where the kids stuff is. TJ Maxx is next door, literally right next door. "This store is awful and trashy. I’ve been in twice and the shelves look empty and everything is messy. Considering it opened like a month ago, it seems like it should be stocked and cleaned. This is an unfortunate addition to Bridgewater. Hopefully it’s out soon so something better can go in… maybe a Marshalls or Homegoods."
"I’m not one to post reviews but this place had very few items on the shelves, nobody even asked how I was doing. When I did go to the line a lady walked out leaving her cart there and a person was at the counter on her phone while another costumer was waiting in front of her. Please train staff better."
"I was so excited that a Burlington was opening in my neighborhood. I usually drive out to the Mason location. The Bridgewater location has been open almost a month now and the store is still practically empty. It’s almost as if a truckload of shipment never came in. Shelves are not full. Racks are mostly empty. Prices have definitely went up. TJ Maxx has cheaper prices on some of the exact same skincare and makeup products. Hardly any professional/office caliber clothing, but if you want tacky-looking rhinestone tees and crops, you will be happy. . Looks like I’ll keep going to the Mason store."
