"I was charged twice one with tip one with out due to a register glitch we switched registers. I called the next day was told charge couldn't be located give it 24 hrs to fall off. Here we are 72 hrs later and both charges are posted. I even sent email of posted charges back to back on my account and was told one of the charges couldn't be located!!!! Now it's giving scamming out of a franchise business and I have to file a chargeback with my Credit Union which I have no problem doing. One would just think with all the proof I've emailed over that this transaction would be handled promptly and correctly the first time. Needless to say I won't be back to this location and I'll be using cash from now on at other locations to avoid stupidity"
"**Edited to say that Crumble reached out to me and was able to resolve the situation. I'm going to give them another chance and am optimistic about what experience I'll have next. I've now had 2 poor experiences with this store. My first time ordering from them and there was a mistake on the time of the delivery. I called the store immediately and spoke with someone who assured me she would cancel the order and then refund my money so that I could order again with the correct delivery time. That didn't happen and I showed up to work the next day with a box of cookies left on the ground covered in ants. I also did not get a refund. I just tried the curbside pickup and sat for over 20 minutes waiting for it to be brought out to my car. I watched others go in and out of the store and still nothing. I finally was able to ask someone where my order was since it had been so long. They then came back out 5 minutes later with my order. Didn't once apologize or anything. I don't know why they struggle so much here. But be careful if you order from this store."
