"3rd shift has the laziest workers I’ve ever seen. They will tell customers they aren’t doing shakes just so they can steal company time and money and be on their cell phones and not do their actual job. Fire the lazy workers and hire people that actually want to put in effort."
"This is the worst UDF. I have had 4 bad experiences now, I will not be back and neither will my family. The milkshakes are never milkshakes…they’re just milk. It’s like they don’t put ice cream in them. Especially when the manger with red hair makes them, they are terrible!! You go in and wait forever because they just stand there. I asked for a refund and the manager said she doesn’t have capability to do that. How can a store manger not be able to give a refund? I was returning the shakes because they were pure liquid. The manager really knows how to test someone’s patience. Terrible place."
"The young blonde who waited on me was very nice. Then the tall brunette who was stocking, interrupted us and was incredibly rude, defensive and argumentative. I won't return, no fault of the blonde who was polite. (12:25 pm, July 2, 2024)"
