"I have traveled tons and tons in the 20+ years I was in the military and having a child in travel sports. Never in my life have I experienced such unkind and unethical customer service. Randy, "the boss," was extremely rude and unprofessional, and his branch manager, Austin, was also of no assistance. I was simply trying to rent a car and Randy was problematic to say the least. Because I was later than what I put as my anticipated arrival time, Randy did not want to rent me a car. I pushed back and then Randy was willing to rent me a car with an upcharge and hidden fees. I'm sorry, but I am not paying $560 to rent a car for a few days because Randy was having a bad day. Kuddos to the intern who tried to help the situation, but it was made clear that Randy does not respect him either. I walked out without a rental and a promise to NEVER use this Enterprise. Fortunately, I was able to rent a car from Avis for $108 instead. For what its worth Randy, I was late arriving because a precious baby died in the NICU while I was working. But sure, take your bad day out on me."

"I had my car repaired and had to have a rental car. The folks and enterprise in Oxford were super friendly, fast and professional no up selling on anything. Dropped off the car in a matter of minutes and was on my way. The whole thing was smooth as silk. I highly recommend Oxford enterprise for your next car rental."

"Have rented from this Enterprise location multiple times over the years for our church, and very rarely have things gone smoothly. One time they gave away our reservation (not sure how you can call it that) because Miami University needed the van. This last time was the final straw. The van we had reserved for our youth group retreat was recalled, and they had no passenger vans available. That, of course, was not their fault. However, I only found out a few days before because I called to confirm the reservation (see previous incident) and was informed that they didn't have any vans due to the recalls. The representative claimed he called me the week before, but I had no missed called or voicemail, nor did I have an email to inform me that the reservation had been cancelled. Fortunately, I was able to find another company that had a van available, and we will be using it from now on. If you have to rent from Enterprise, and you are in the Oxford area, I recommend the location in Richmond, IN, which we have never had an issue with. A 45 minute drive is worth the peace of mind."

"Great experience. I had to rent a car to get to work while mine was at the mechanic. I was able to do everything online - a very easy and straightforward procedure - in just under 10 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the car I was only there for about 15 minutes (and five of that was just waiting on the printer). Turning the car back in was even faster. The only downside is that you can’t rent cars on the same day you request one. There seems to be a one or two day waiting period. That may have just been because of the schedule at the time. I’m not sure. Overall this was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend using Enterprise for your car rental needs."
