"This trailhead for the Miami & Erie Trail is part of the larger Buckeye Trail (St. Mary's section), about halfway between points 14 and 15. You can follow the canal trail west, then north towards pt 15, or head south along the road (or the feeder trail if it's clear and not flooded) towards pt 14. There is parking nearby, but you'll have to hike over the the state park facilities for water and restrooms."
