At the St. Henry Village Office, we are committed to keeping our residents informed and engaged. Our website provides comprehensive information on important ordinances, including Ordinance 1021, which outlines the requirements for the proper disposal of pet solid waste, and Ordinance 1034, which details regulations protecting our public water system from contamination due to backflow. Additionally, Ordinance 1035 covers regulations concerning under-speed vehicles, utility vehicles, and mini-trucks on our village streets.
For those interested in energy savings, St. Henry's electric aggregation contract is valid until May 2025, with a current rate of $0.0637 per kWh supplied by Dynegy. If you're not currently with a supplier and wish to join the aggregation, please call 888-682-2170.
