"One of a kind venue! We got married April 27, 2024 as everything was turning green and blooming! Absolutely beautiful venue, loved the nature backdrop in all out photos. We used the houses on property there the night before and the night of the wedding. It worked out perfect for all of our out of town guests. It was great having everyone close by. Staff was very attentive all throughout the day. We also utilized the on-site catering, the Chef there made delicious food for our reception. We went with the bistro steak & chicken piccata with garlic masked potatoes and Normandy blend vegetables. Many guests raved about how great the food was! Melissa as day of coordinator is a must! She ensured the day went smoothly and took a huge stress off. Her advice throughout the planning process was much appreciated. Our guests enjoyed seeing the bride and groom zipline after the ceremony! Made for a very memorable day."

"We had the most magical day at Timeless Charm on 9.16.23!! The venue is absolutely beautiful. Melissa was so great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly on our special day. The food was phenomenal too and we received lots of compliments on it! We also loved the cabins we stayed in at the venue overnight and they were perfect for us and our bridal party and family to stay in. Would highly recommend this venue to all future brides!! "I am writing this as the mother of the groom. Our wedding was this past Saturday. Melissa and her entire crew were extremely helpful from start to finish. We booked the venue less than a year before the event date, as we got lucky and there had just been a cancelation. The venue is incredibly beautiful! The outdoor ampitheater is stunning and is very cool and shaded. Who wants to sit in the hot swealtering sun? There is a creek running behind it, and the peaceful sounds of it with the birdsong made for a magical ceremony! It is so very green and gorgeous in the summer, but I can imagine later in the fall is breathtaking too. We booked the lodge for the reception. The lodge is absolutely gorgeous. All pine woodwork with a large stone fireplace, the outside patios with firepits and lighting, and the slightly separated catering and bartending areas were my favorite features! The front veranda is a perfect place for spill over or to cool down from the dance floor! The staff will bend over backward to meet your needs. Melissa is an excellent coordinator and she seems to be going in a 100 directions all at once, but she never drops the ball! The staff was always close by if an issue arose (although we had very few) but they were also not underfoot. We used their catering services. I will say I am often not a fan of "wedding" food but this meal was delicious. I have a gluten allergy and the chef offered to keep food separated and direct me to the safe foods. The food was kept fresh, warm, and stocked and there was MORE than enough! We even had a s'mores buffet for late evening snacks. My favorite part of this venue, however, is the all-in-one services it offers. There are multiple houses for rent for any out of town guests that saves them having to find hotels. And the best part is the quaint bridal/honeymoon suite on the lake. The day of the event, it serves as the bride's headquarters with room for hair and makeup artists to set up, a full kitchen, bed and bath, and living room. The screened in porch is perfect for a relaxing mimosa! After the event, a staff member will drive the bride and groom back to this cottage to spend the night. I love the peace of mind knowing the couple can have alcoholic beverages and not worry about transportation to an off site hotel! I would recommend Timeless Charm Weddings to anyone and have zero hesitation that they will be treated as wonderfully as we were!!!"

With its natural beauty and all the outdoor options for a wedding or event, along with the beautiful indoor lodge, it makes for a unique experience you and your guests won't forget. "Timeless Charm is the most magical venue for weddings. Everything went perfectly for our wedding and I could not have thanked Melissa enough for everything she did to keep our day flowing smoothly. We had our intimate ceremony outside at their small chapel under the trees, and it seated our guests perfectly. Then moved indoors for the rest of the evening which was a perfect party place for our friends to join us for the reception. The guests all complimented the beautiful property, and the food from Melissa’s amazing chef. Choosing Melissa and Timeless Charm was the easiest wedding choice we made, and I would recommend the venue to anyone considering!"
