"My appt was 7pm I checked in 6:30pm and they gave me door right away then until 9pm they don't even start loading. I went to the office and she told me I was late without looking the computer. I asked her how? Then she said the guy always taking the load was coming late every time so we expected him to pick that's why we didn't pick it yet. No make sense at 10pm they start loading and they finished 11pm the only I gave 1 star is they lied to me."

"I show up 7hrs before my appointment they gave a dock right away and they unloaded my trailer like 2hr, The guard check guy he is very nice guy"

"I picked up load 884306105 the other day after being delayed for over 24 hrs. I get to my drop and my trailer is damaged. I am not a mega carrier nor do I have time to argue back and forth with a company that not gonna wanna pay for my equipment. The rates are cheap enough and will not cover the cost for repair. Pictures added"

"My appointment time is noon and I check in day before 10:30 PM but the security guard said come back tomorrow morning 4 AM. I be here 4 AM and they give me a door right way and they start to unload me within an hour. I’m done within two hours so very good experience and I really appreciate, the all team"
