Pak-Rite

"There is a reason why these reviews are so low!! I worked here for half a year and there was way too much favoritism happening. I wasn’t told nor anyone else that started the same day I did was told that you are not hired through pak rite and that u are just hired as a temp. I had to find out through others that have been there longer than I have. They seem to pick and choose who is and isn’t working as temp and isn’t based on performance or even work experience. You’re also told you have holidays off but they don’t tell you that you have to work 10 hour shifts to make up those days off. They overwork you and when there’s no work left to do, they tell u to stay home without pay. Also doesn’t help that the owner of the building is in a whole relationship with one of the employees who gets away with anything. She was always very rude to everyone and she’s the one who does the orientation and trains new people for their first week! I had to stay to save up for a car but once I was able to, I left so fast. Voicing your concerns to HR or even the owner about anything doesn’t get you far."

"Place is horrible....owner is involved with his employee, can't keep work but steadily lying to the workers that they got work. Won't lay you off they send texts daily not to come in so they can call that "laid off" and not have to pay anyone. The "bosses" are the worst employees too much favoritism and friendships which causes the favoritism and unfair treatment! Shame I had to give them any stars."

"Worse place I have ever worked at. I would work on a pig farm before I go back to this place. So very unprofessional. If you kiss butt and like liers this is the right place for you other then that I wouldn't prefer anyone for this place for employment. I worked there before it was even opened and was told so many good things about it and none was true. One of the supervisor's (Shane) asked where do you see yourself going in the company I said NO where because I'm not a butt kisser. I was one of the 1st 11 people in the door. They don't give out no raises. Their lucky I had to give a star to post this, cause they would've got none from me."

"Attention Truckers: When coming here make sure to not drive on Nutrition Way it is a non-truck road. Coming from I-70 get onto Arlington Rd and head northbound. Take a left onto W Campus Blvd. Then take a right onto Collective way. Continue going straight until the road bears left you should see security check in. If delivering give the security guard your BOL's and they might ask you for your license. Then they will assign you a door. There is plenty of room to dock so backing should be easy if the facility isn't crowded. After your docked a receiver will come to your truck and get you BOL's and start unloading you. Unloading didn't take long here. After I was done I had my signed BOL's in hand and I was free to go. Overall an easy going experience with good customer service from everyone."

"6 months ago I would have gave this place 5+ stars Until I learned loyalty means nothing to this place the management in place are liars and change the rules based on who you are, shayne should be fired for being lazy and unprofessional they have become extremely rude, I will give receiving an A+ on unload time they are quick but this place plays favorites, you think you can trust them but most here will back stab you in a heart beat, they should of stayed in Michigan not to mention this place lets swift run the place that is 90% of their carrier base and we all know the swift track record pictures below was taken 1 day apart this place is clueless on what to do. Depending on who you talk to good luck here Other than Tony don't trust anyone here and don't say anything to these people you wouldn't want the world to know because they will twist your words and lie to make themselves look good"
