"When ProMedica switched over to medical service company everything went downhill fast. Neither they don't send the supplies that you asked for, they only send part of the order or it just takes forever to get here. I was never sent a bill because my son has two insurances, when this company was ProMedica. Now that it's medical service company they send me bills even though they shouldn't be. I have called several times and have been assured that they won't send any more bills, but yet they still do. They are obviously scammers. Be very careful if you pay a bill to this company make sure that you actually owe the money. I have two children that get supplies from this company. I will be switching everything over to another company, because I am done with this company."

My dad has been on home O2 since June 2020--the office staff are unfailing in how helpful they are answering questions & getting us connected to the resources we need. Mike Saddoris does our deliveries & his expertise, personability, and genuine care for the patient's safety/well-being is unsurpassed. When my mom was discharged from Cleveland Clinic this week with orders for home O2, there was no doubt who we were going to go through. It was awesome having Mike back to do the delivery & make sure everything was properly set up--our whole family trusts him & was happy when they heard it had been him.
