"We stopped by this gas station, got gas for our track for $100 and went inside to use a restroom. This horrible lady said that the restroom was closed. When I asked where do employees go - she was so rude to me and asked me to leave and threatened to call the cops! I was driving for 5 hours and just got my period. It’s like she enjoyed being mean to me about that. I think women should be more understanding of other women in times like that. I don’t look like a homeless or dirty person, so I would definitely not mess anything up. Horrible!!!! BP could definitely do better customer service! Shame! 09.15.2021 7:00 pm shift"
"I am very dissatisfied with my visit to this store very poor customer service and the store and since I see on the comments that this isnt the first time. I will be calling the health department and the better business bureau about the problem. No child should have a manager swearing at there parent. You are lucky for the 1 star rating"
