"I am a subcontractor for Ryan Homes and I must voice my displeasure. I was sent to the Grab and go this morning to give a person a ride to work. But this person was very late in getting there and I had spent close to an hour waiting.Needless to say the employee some lady with Red hair screamed at me to get off of the property because I had been there for to long.She was nasty to say the least and I just jumped in my car and parked accross the street.I have been a loyal customer to that store for many years and at no time did I cause any issues with the staff or anyone for that matter, so this wild woman was way out of line.We all have bad days but after reading other post it seems this person does not want mine or others business. There are some wonderful people who work at that store and I would recomend it to all. But please heed that pitbull they have unleashed, Nobody needs to start there day with that retoric."
"just stopped here- from toledo ohio- a smaller city than cleveland. my husband and i went inside and were very uncomfortable, there were 3 males loitering inside the store- the cashier looked very nervous, we needed air also for our tires and she redirected us to “conrad’s” tire for free air after their machine ate 2 dollars of our money- the whole time we were there we stared at like meat! felt as if we were getting robbed- NOT COOL STOP THE ENTITLEMENT"

"The older lady that works there ALWAYS has a bad attitude. It's very condescending to call someone buddy, pal, honey, etc. How would you like it if I called you sugar ti....s. Additionally, there charge system is always screwing up and either declining or authorizing and holding way to much funds. There is a convenient store a little further south on Richmond that is MUCH MUCH better. They have just about any beverage you want for a good deal. Go there, they do GAS TOO."
