"Debbie, the owner, was so incredibly sweet. It was my first time doing a cold plunge, and she offered to stay with me the entire time - coaching me through it and helping me focus on breathing. I was nervous going in, but after a few minutes, my body started to warm up from the inside like Debbie had explained. I honestly didn't think I would even make three minutes, but ended up staying in for 10. Felt rejuvenated after, blood circulation felt better and an oddly warm feeling. Highly recommend!"
