"Be careful here. The immature, petty, undisciplined girls here will sabotage your food if you inconvenience them. Dumped a bunch of butter on my daughters pretzels and ruined her new school shirt and laughed about it because we were in the drivethru a few minutes before closing time. I did not know you were about to close, all you had to do was say sorry we are not taking any more orders."

"I asked for a blizzard and all I got was attitude. I over paid for some mediocre ice cream that wasn’t even made right. To the lady that took my order, my taste buds are insulted and I am disappointed. This place used to be so much better, now it is a dumping ground for bad attitudes and sadness. Shame. PS I still ate it because it was pretty tasty"
"Normally I’m a pretty patient person. I placed 2 online orders for custom cakes a few days ago and then was contacted by the manager who proceeded to tell me that my images weren’t approved. I was understanding and came in and worked with a team member to pick out designs that were approved by Dairy Queen. One of the orders was set to be picked up today 11/1/2023 at 3PM. At 3:20 I called the restaurant to see if it was ready since I hadn’t heard from them. They proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any orders under my name. THEN, found my order forms that their employees just placed somewhere they didn’t belong. I was pretty aggravated but the employee on the phone was nice and respectful and told me she could have it ready for me within an hour. Sure it’s not what I wanted but it’s better than nothing I thought! 7PM rolls around and I still heard not a single word about my order. Needless to say I called the corporate number and had them send my complaint to the franchise owner. If you’re planning on getting a cake online I recommend ***NOT*** using this DQ because this has been absolutely ridiculous."
